As more face-to-face events resume, health protocols need to be considered in every stage of planning. Efforts to establish best practices and ensure that they are being followed bring a new set of responsibilities to the process, from the earliest stages of venue selection through post-event follow-up. We are here to ensure best practices for the safest execution of your in-person events, such as sanitation, F & B design, delivery and considerations to traffic flow.
We specialize in Venue contract negotiations to ensure your attendees safety and health protocols are included, we create customized pre-event surveys to gauge your attendees comfort levels of attending online and in-person. We create documentation to support the protocols such as communications strategy plan, Duty of Care, Pandemic Code of Conduct and Health Security plan.
